A Memorable Trip From New Delhi To Daman For Business Deal

When I got to know that I have a business deal to make in Daman, I was also sure that I am going to have a great trip there. So I decided to spend some extra time apart from the business related time that I am going to spend.

Trip from New Delhi to Daman
There was no direct route from New Delhi to Daman, and hence I decided to take Air India flight from New Delhi to Surat and then take road service to Daman. I booked my tickets in economy class of Air India from Delhi Airport and reached Surat in just 1 hour and 35 minutes. From Surat again, I booked an Indica cab and reached Daman in 2 hours 15 minutes’ time.
I had already booked my hotel in advance so that I do not have to search for in after getting down and so my cab took me directly to the hotel from Surat.

I booked a 3-star hotel at Daman online, and I got it at a much-discounted deal. Silver Sand Resort Daman is situated in a convenient location to many of the places of attraction here in Daman. I was provided with a very comfortable room that was well furnished and was also well equipped with modern facilities so that I can have a comfortable stay at the hotel.
Some of the places of interest nearby the hotel are Dominican Monastery, Shahi Masjid, Pergola Garden and many others.
The hotel apart from featuring comfortable rooms also featured some other facilities such as Wi-Fi services that are available for 24 hours, restaurant and bar services, swimming, business center and also a gym.
Some Places to Visit In Daman
After my business deal, I managed to take out that extra time to have a trip to the place. One of the places that I visited in Daman was the Devka Beach in Daman. It is said that the sunset here is worth seeing and hence I decided to complete all my work at day time and then visit the beach by evening to enjoy the sunset. Also, the cool breeze coming from the sea and the roaring noise of the water waves were enough to provide me a relaxed sense from the hectic daily schedule that I have.
I also enjoyed seeing some of the old beach houses that were constructed by the Parsees. I also enjoyed some of the local cuisines in the restaurants at the beach such as continental and Chinese dishes. Of course, there were some of the hotels that were there just near by the beach making the area modernized.
